  Organisational Issues
    What lessons about organisational issues can we learn from early adopters? Are there issues related to subject-based archives as opposed to institutional-based archives? Is metadata based on DC simple (mandated by OAI) adequate? What other formats might be used? How much do metadata requirements differ between communities, and is cross-community interoperability desirable? What about the partitioning of archives? What about an e-print application profile?

    Review of the OA-Forum glossary. Are definitions clear? Are definitions correct? Do some terms also need to be defined in additional contexts? What terms are missing? What are their definitions? Would it be helpful to provide the glossary in languages other than English?
